The Società Rocca di Monselice, constituted by the Region Veneto, the Province of Padua and the City of Monselice, administers the properties left by Count Vittorio Cini to the “Giorgio Cini Foundation” in Venice.
In 1981 the Castle became a property of the Region Veneto.
The whole complex of the Rocca is an extremely valuable heritage for the history and the culture of the town: the Castle and its collections of weapons and furniture from the 13th to the 18th century, the Antiquarium Longobardo museum collects archaeological findings, the museum of rarity Carlo Scarpa collects works of art of the famous Architect Carlo Scarpa and the Mastio Federiciano.
